Carrie M. Gann, 98, a resident of Daytona Beach passed away Thursday, February 1st, 2018. Carrie was born in Bear Creek, Alabama to Landie and Martha Kennemur on May 12th, 1919. A long- time resident of South Daytona, she spent many years working in the retail industry with Belk Department Stores. Carrie was an avid gardener who loved flowers, good food, crocheting and embroidery, but her greatest love was that of her family. Carrie was predeceased by her husband Kay, but leaves behind her loving family to keep her memory alive. Those left behind include her 3 daughters; Paula Davis, Gerri Turnage, and Janice (Michael) Winzens, her 4 grandchildren Debbie Wood, Tammy Sharp, DeLorean (Michael) Zarraonandia, and Daniel Turnage, her 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-granddaughter. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 8th at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon.
