Obituary for Mark Vincent Barlow
Mark Vincent “Chunk” Barlow, of Daytona Beach, Florida, born October 2, 1985 passed away May 10, 2017.
Vincent was an avid hunter who loved being outdoors, and could make everybody laugh. He was well known for his love of alligator wrestling, and the love he had in his heart for his son, Wyatt. He enjoyed fishing, listening to country music, four wheeling, and being around his friends. As a child, he was a member of Boy Scout Troop 54, where he discovered his love for nature. Vincent was also proud to be a 2004 graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School. After high school, he carried on his passion of working outdoors as a landscaper.
He is survived by his son Wyatt Koleman James Barlow, West Virginia; his mother, Kathleen “Colleen” Evans, Ormond Beach; his three brothers Alan Mashaw, Ormond Beach; Shawn Mashaw, Ormond Beach; and Buddy Barlow, Holly Hill; his four sisters, Nichole (Russell) Gaw, Ormond Beach; Danielle (Jay) Curbow, Palm Coast; Stephanie Barlow, Ormond Beach and his youngest sister Victoria Evans, Ormond Beach. Vincent leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. He was preceeded in death by his father, Jim Barlow; best friend, Steven Popwell; Grandfather, Edward Moore; Grandmother, Kathleen Moore; Uncle, Eddie Moore; Nephew, Brayden Gaw; and several childhood friends that were gone too soon.
A memorial service and celebration of Vincent’s life will be at 1:00 pm on Sunday May 21, 2017, at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach.
